About Us

CAKEKANIN KREATIONS offers Gen Z and Y dessert enthusiasts in the City of Manila and a few cities in Cavite a combination of two of their favorite comfort foods, cake and kakanin. We showcase that what's amazing on its own can be even better when combined.We offer cakekanins in the size of three-by-four inches weighing over 300-400 grams, inspired by the trendy Korean minimalist bento cakes. Our main and unique idea of the business is to combine two of our favorite desserts, cake and kakanin, into one. Storage and Consumption

➵ The consumer may enjoy their cakekanin immediately after getting it. If the consumer wishes to refrigerate it first, it should be thawed at room temperature for at least ten minutes before consumption.➵ It is recommended to refrigerate the cakekanin as soon as you get the chance for the best texture, however, it should not be eaten immediately from the refrigerator because it will be difficult to eat and cut.➵ A cakekanin should not be kept in warm places, particularly those that receive direct sunlight.➵ It should be refrigerated for storage but should be thawed at room temperature before consumption.➵ A cakekanin can be preserved at its best quality for two to three days.

Payment Policy

A reservation fee of at least 50% of the order total must be paid through Gcash by the customer in order to confirm their order. When picking up personally or meeting in person, the remaining balance can be paid in cash or via Gcash. Customers who intend to book their own delivery via third-party couriers must pay the remaining balance through Gcash only before their product is sent.We do not take any other forms of payment other than those listed. Since your orders are scheduled, buyer cancellations and refund requests are not accepted, so please be 100% certain before submitting your order form. If you are uncertain, it is best to ask questions first. Only in the event that we cancel your order will we offer a full refund.

Reservation Policy

All of our products are for pre-order with a lead time of one to three days. Please refer only to the schedule posted on our accounts as it contains the slots and dates available.You will need to complete an order form in order to reserve a slot. Your reservation will be acknowledged through email. In order to confirm your reservation, you will have 24 hours to pay via Gcash the amount specified in the acknowledgment email. No payment means no slot confirmation and reservation.The down payment is non-refundable and non-cancelable after it has been made. Once the order has been confirmed, adjustments to the order's details, such as the flavor, cannot be made. Changes to the pick-up (either in person or via a scheduled courier) and meet-up dates are not accepted.

Pick-up and Meet-up Policies

Customers can choose to have their orders picked up. There are two options:a. Where the customer picks up their order from us in person. Pick-up starts from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. By then, their remaining balance should be paid, either through Gcash or Cash on hand. The pick-up location will be made known through email along with the reservation acknowledgment.
b. Third-party pick-up, in which the customer arranges their own shipment using the courier they prefer. Buyers alone are accountable for dealings with third parties. Pickup is available between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM. Before their order is shipped, the remaining balance must be paid via Gcash.Based on the day you have reserved, which is in accordance with our available schedules, pick-ups and meet-ups are arranged. No changes are granted, and no pick-ups will be permitted before or after the specified time. When an order is picked up, CAKEKANIN CREATIONS is responsible for letting the customer know but is not liable for any damage that occurs during delivery by a third party.Instances outside of either party's reasonable control, such as divine intervention, inclement weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances, are not the responsibility of either party. Orders may be rescheduled for a later time if pick-up is delayed due to such instances.Customers can also choose meet-ups, which take place between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. Options for locations only include Deca Mall, Lucky Chinatown, SM Bacoor, SM Molino, and SM San Lazaro.

➵ PAY FOR YOUR RESERVATION. Your order, pricing quotes, and payment dates are all included in the acknowledgment email. Take a screenshot of your payment, then reply to the confirmation email that was sent.
➵ WAIT FOR US TO CONFIRM YOUR SLOT. You will receive a payment confirmation from us, indicating that your order has been confirmed.DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
